BOARDING

Winter Brook offers some of the most affordable boarding rates in New England – take a look at some of our options below to see what best suits your needs and budget.

  • Rough Board
    • $ 275 per month
      • You provide:
        Hay, grain, bedding.
      • You are responsible for:
        Stall mucking, bucket cleaning, providing daily feed.
      • We are responsible for:
        Feeding (three times a day).
        Refilling water buckets.
        Daily turnout into grass/sand paddocks.
  • Partial Board (A)
    • $ 350 per month
      • You provide:
        Hay, grain, bedding.
      • You are responsible for:
        Daily feeding, bucket cleaning, providing daily feed.
      • We are responsible for:
        Stall mucking (daily).
        Refilling water buckets.
        Daily turnout into grass/sand paddocks.
  • Partial Board (B)
    • $ 450 per month
      • You provide:
        Bedding.
      • You are responsible for:
        Stall mucking, bucket cleaning.
      • We are responsible for:
        Feeding (three times a day).
        Refilling water buckets.
        Daily turnout into grass/sand paddocks.
  • Full Board
    • $ 575 per month
      • You provide:
        Nothing!
      • You are responsible for:
        Nothing!
      • We are responsible for:
        Feeding (three times a day).
        Stall mucking (daily).
        Refilling/cleaning water buckets.
        Daily turnout into grass/sand paddocks.
EXTRAS

We do not include any supplements for any boarding options – you must provide them.

If you would like blankets swapped, or boots put on for turnout, we can do this for an extra $10/mo fee.

For all options, we will apply fly masks and spray if provided. We will also remove sheets or blankets before turnout if requested for no cost.

NEW: We allow boarders to have a WYZE Cam V3, V4, or OG Camera installed in their horse’s stall. The boarder must purchase the camera, which we’ll install. An extra $5/month fee covers WiFi, WYZE subscription, and camera operation. We’ll provide camera livestream access.

LEASING

Leasing a horse at Winter Brook is the perfect option if you want more time to ride, but don’t want to own your own horse just yet. We are currently not offering any horses for lease at Winter Brook Farm.

Full Lease is $500/month – Ride up to 7 days a week.

Partial Lease is $250/month – Ride up to 4 days a week.
